It is the primary responsibility of the Reservationist to provide exceptional customer service to our clients as you facilitate the reservation process. All duties are to be performed in accordance with Grace Limousine’s policies, practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones on first ring with a smile.
Up-selling services such as additional stops, affiliate/destination booking, etc.
Quick and accurate reservation entry.

Required Skills:
Customer service excellence required.
Strong composure under pressure required.
Excellent communication skills required.
Excellent command of English language for verbal and written tasks required.

Educations/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years telephone customer service experience

Shift/Pay:
Sat & Sun: 10 am – 8 pm; Mon, Thurs, Frid: 12:30 – 5:30 pm
$13 – $17/hr with pay for performance plans
