The NFL regular season has come to an end, and once again, the New England Patriots are headed to the playoffs! This year they won their 11th straight AFC East title and their 17th during the Bill Belichick/Tom Brady era. The Patriots will face the Tennessee Titans on the weekend of January 4-5, 2020.

At Grace, we are passionate Patriots fans and love cheering on our team in the playoffs; we even have a dedicated Pinterest board devoted to the Patriots! We have compiled our suggestions for the best ways to celebrate the Pats. If you are headed to the game or to a party, keep Grace in mind for your transportation!

Best Patriots Bar

You can be pretty sure that every sports bar from Madawaska, Maine, to Greenwich, Connecticut, will be showing the playoff games, but why not go to the very first sports bar in America? McGreevy’s opened in 1894 and has been the place for sports fans, politicians, athletes, and celebrities ever since.  They have more than 20 televisions, 30+ kinds of beer, great food, and great atmosphere.

Pre-Game at Gillette Stadium

Tailgating at Gillette Stadium is a great way to get the most out of your experience. As soon as the gates are open, you can set up your food and drinks and start throwing the football around. The camaraderie is top-notch, and the culinary creations some fans come up with are amazing!

If tailgating on a frigid January day doesn’t seem like fun to you, you can head to Patriot Place for shopping and lots of excellent restaurants. If you have time to kill, check out the Patriots Hall of Fame or go bowling at Splitsville.

Patriots Party Menu

If the party is at your place, we have some great New England-themed menu ideas!
