Pricing & Payment

Do you accept cash for the remaining balance or just credit card?

Yes, we do accept cash for the remaining balance; however, upon reservation, we must have a credit/debit card on file that can be authorized 24-hours before the scheduled pickup.

Is there any increase in fees during the holidays?

There will be an additional $50.00 fee assessed for any pickup that is scheduled on a major holiday.

Are there additional fees if we go past the time that was booked?

If your time with the vehicle is extended, you will then be charged hourly at that vehicle’s hourly rate.

Cancellations

What if I must cancel my reservation at the last minute? Will I receive a refund, or will I be given credit for a future reservation?

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Airport reservations cancelled more than 6 hours before scheduled arrival will not be billed. 
  • Hourly reservations that are not cancelled with proper notice will be billed at the minimum hourly price for the vehicle booked. 

Sedans & SUVs: 6-hour notice.

Limousines, vans, and Sprinters: 48-hour notice.

Buses, trolleys, and antique vehicles: 1-weeks’ notice.

What is the Grace/Black Tie cancellation policy regarding inclement weather?

Unless cancelled in advance by the passenger or booker, all scheduled trips will remain active. We will only cancel a trip if there is a State of Emergency that prevents us from operating i.e., all major roads are closed.

While On Board

Can I bring my own alcohol in a vehicle?

Passengers can lawfully transport, carry, possess, and have liquor or beverages in chartered buses, taxis, and limousines for hire. Please note that each guest onboard must be aged 21+.

I may have lost my phone, computer, etc., in your vehicle. Who should I reach out to?

Can your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?

No, our vehicles cannot accommodate wheelchairs.

Airport Transportation

Where do I meet my driver at Boston's Logan Airport?

Chauffeurs are not permitted inside the terminal at any time for any reason. Chauffeurs must wait by their vehicle and will be standing outside at the designated limousine stand of every terminal.
