We booked Black Tie/Grace Limousine (same owners) for wedding day transportation to and from the hotel and our venue. We used the 39 passenger mini bus. We primarily corresponded with Nikki, who was extremely professional, responsive and helpful. What we loved about Black Tie/Grace Limo was that we could book a “9 hour all inclusive” package. They had numerous different package options and vehicle sizing, and the pricing was very reasonable. This allowed us to offer guests various times to go from the hotel to the venue at the start of the wedding, and various times back to the hotel after the wedding. Almost ALL of our guests utilized the shuttle and were super appreciative to have a safe way home from the wedding. The driver on the day of was Eric, and he was PHENOMENAL. For our last shuttle at the end of the night he took the time to get out of the shuttle and make sure all guests who planned on using the shuttle were on safely, so that no one was left stranded. Communication, arranging routes, and confirming the service was all smooth and easy! Their service on the day of our wedding was punctual, stress-free, and clean.
