The online experience made things easy and I received a confirmation via email so I knew I would have a car waiting for my family when we arrived. I have had some bad experiences with other companies. The car was very clean, water in the door and a smooth ride home. I strongly recommend.

I can’t say anything bad about Grace Limo.  We’ve been using them for about 10 years now.  They’re always early to pick us up and are always there waiting for us at the airport when we get off the plane.  They even have a points system which gives you a free limo ride once you accumulate enough points.  I highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with grace limos on our wedding day! They were punctual, professional and made the ride over to the venue a fun one! We booked a shuttle bus for transportation from wedding to hotels and this process was as smooth as butter. There were no complaints by and wedding guests, never had to speak to the driver about any issues, and everything was planned out in the weeks leading up with no hiccups. Would highly recommend for any of your transportation needs.

Tried the rest.

Grace customer for 10-15 years. Nothing but good things to say. In the early years I used them 2-3X a month now just 1x month. Tried the rest, stuck with the best.

Grace Limousine provided transportation on our wedding day in September 2019. We worked with Rae who was incredibly responsive and helpful during the whole process. Rae was able to help us craft a plan and schedule for both ourselves (the Bride and Groom) to and from the venue as well as all our guests. She provided helpful guidance as we tried to determine what size vehicle would work best and what the timing would look like. It was especially helpful in the morning as all the bridesmaids and bride had to go to a separate location to get hair/makeup prior to getting to the venue.

The vehicles themselves and drivers were stellar. We used the 8-passenger limo for the bridal party morning transportation and there was champagne and plenty of room in the car. It made the whole day feel so much more special. For our guests we got a 44-passenger coach which was prompt and got all our guests to our venue on time. All vehicles were clean, luxurious, and most importantly – early! It made such a difference on our wedding day to feel so confident that we and our guests would get where we needed to go on time. I would highly recommend Grace Limousine for any event.

Great clean vehicles

Amazing service, professional Chauffeurs, great/clean vehicles…always.

We booked Black Tie/Grace Limousine (same owners) for wedding day transportation to and from the hotel and our venue. We used the 39 passenger mini bus. We primarily corresponded with Nikki, who was extremely professional, responsive and helpful. What we loved about Black Tie/Grace Limo was that we could book a “9 hour all inclusive” package. They had numerous different package options and vehicle sizing, and the pricing was very reasonable. This allowed us to offer guests various times to go from the hotel to the venue at the start of the wedding, and various times back to the hotel after the wedding. Almost ALL of our guests utilized the shuttle and were super appreciative to have a safe way home from the wedding. The driver on the day of was Eric, and he was PHENOMENAL. For our last shuttle at the end of the night he took the time to get out of the shuttle and make sure all guests who planned on using the shuttle were on safely, so that no one was left stranded. Royalty

This is the 2nd time we have used Grace. We had a fun 29th bday bash and Kathy (our driver) was wonderful. We weren’t really sure where we wanted to go and she gave us some great suggestions. I can not say enough about the professionalism of this company. They truly make you feel like royalty.

We have used Grace on numerous occasions and have always had fabulous service! Drivers are polite and thoughtful, always early, and vehicles are perfectly clean. Top notch company and service!!

Rock star

I highly recommend Grace Limo. The service was friendly, the ride was comfortable, the interior and exterior of the car was spotless, and, most importantly, their attention to detail leaves you feeling like a rock star!

This is an extremely professional limo company. We used them for my daughter’s wedding yesterday and all I can say is THANK YOU! The kindness and helpfulness of the drivers was outstanding! Their attention to detail was impeccable! Words can not describe how appreciative I am.

Nor’easter

We had an amazing night in our 24 passenger limo bus! Our driver John drove 18 of us through a nor’easter safely to Manchester and back to Pembroke. Thank you for your amazing service!
